REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

The Crystal Waters, offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, please ensure your item is in its original condition - unused and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can initiate your refund by sending us an email with the order confirmation on theecrystalwaters@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +4552173090. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has heavy wear and tear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.

Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the full purchase amount back to you.

To return your product, please follow the instructions mentioned above.

You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for the return of your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
